A GP, specialist or allied health care professional may write a referral for a patient to undergo consultation or testing at Sleep WA.
Referrals
Note: Consultation with a Respiratory or Sleep Specialist may not necessary before or after a testing procedure (e.g. a sleep study). This may reduce cost and waiting time to diagnosis and treatment. All testing data is reviewed by the Specialist and a detailed report is sent to the referring doctor in approximately one week. If you prefer the patient be clinically reviewed, the Specialists at Sleep WA are happy to see the patient in consultation.
